raining again....

I'm officially off work but I'm stuck because it's raining outside and I don't have an umbrella.. As usual.. It sucks, really..

It's been a hectic week and every day I go home absolutely exhausted and every morning, I think of what excuse I can think of to stay home.. But each morning, I drag myself out of morning anyway... sheesh..

Hasn't been such an eventful week so not much to tell about... I'm zonked out already...

Just realised that V-day is round the corner.. Someone asked me the other day what I would like for V-day.. Didn't take me long to reply saying, "Just to spend time with him..' Seriously.... Sounds like a simple request but in light of everything that has happened so far, it is indeed time together that is most precious..
It would be nice to receive gifts and all but I've learnt to appreciate just the simplicity in relationships..

Right now, time is the most important thing to both of us. As little as we see each other, the time that we actually do spent together is all the more treasured.. I know I cherish whatever little time we have together.. Sounds silly but sometimes, material things just seem so immaterial..
I have taken alot for granted and I made a promise not to do that again..

Though, right now, it seems there'll be no V-day dinner this year as it happens to be a Tuesday.. busy day for both of us... Of course, I could always pray for a miracle but it's best not to hope and demand for too much.:)
Not that I'm bitter about it, I am stating a fact..:)

Well, to all those who are actually going to celebrate V-day, have a beautiful and absolutely wonderful Valentine's Day!:) To those who are griping over the fact that they do not have a reason or partner to celebrate, don't! There's more to life.. You just have to seek them out.. :)
