another day....
yet another day has come and gone... just came back from training... we had a meeting about the upcoming events, including the Hongkong trip that I was intending to go for.... other than commitments that's holding me back right now, there's also the issue of cost.... the initial airfare was $350, 2 weeks later, it went up to $430. At last update, it's $511... and all before airport tax!!!
Even before I leave local soil, I would have spent at least $600... (that is if the price maintains) not to mention accomodation and food... i've not even added in shopping... this trip is gona set me back by almost 1k... unbelievable... and I'm only going to HK...
sigh... it would be nice if i could go though... imagine spending Christmas at Disneyland and then the night scene at Victoria Harbour... with the whole harbour lit up in Christmas lights and everyone just in such a festive mood... double sigh....
but i know i'm gona burn my pockets big time if i go... guess there'll always be the next trip... New Zealand... which is double the price... argh... i want to go everywhere but 20cents can go? (heehee, sorry, inside joke)
oh well.. HK will always be there... right now, i shall focus on saving up enough money to buy what i wana buy...
1) Last 2 instalment payments for my laptop
2) ipod shuffle (almost there)
