new job, new responsibilities....

First day on the job and I'm swarmed.. There's so much for me to do, decisions to make.. It feels strange to hear "Let me check with the P and I'll get back to you." and then have that person turn to me and ask, "How?" I'm still getting used to being in a position with authority.

It is a good feeling, for the most part of it.. Just that when it comes to making decisions, I have to really consider all my options and weigh the consequences out before I make a move..

But, I am enjoying my new job and there's so much to learn...
